What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, company name, email address, optional mobile number and the details you choose to give about your business.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, if you become a client, deliver our services. We do not sell or rent personal data.
How it is processed
Form submissions are relayed to our mailbox by a third-party form service (FormSubmit). This site is hosted by a third-party provider that may log technical data such as IP address and browser type for security.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as UAE tax law requires.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by writing to [email protected]. We handle personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
